Tenant Link, Inc./Let's Party

Like many startup businesses,
Tenant Link, Inc. chose a template design for their website, which was first
launched in 1997. By 2004, the site was looking old fashioned (see Screen 3
above) and a number of additions over time had rendered the site difficult to
navigate.
Tenant Link provides full
service event planning, catering, and corporate gift design to Commercial
Property Management Companies, Real Estate Developers/ Brokerage Firms and
Corporate Businesses in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metro area. To showcase their
abilities and organize the large library of photos displayed on the site, a page
with a Flash slideshow was created for each theme (see Screen 2 above).
Photos were also used to create
graphic borders in the main page headers. The company colors, teal and purple,
in a brighter palette, were retained along with the existing logos. On the home
page, the logos are highlighted by animated balloons and confetti. A more
efficient navigation system is being implemented.
